Operations and Maintenance support engineer. Providing services to the regular operations activities like maintenance, QA/QC and design according to for clients Mobily & STC as well as updating data and As-Builts for their networks
and implementation coordinator my specialty is to plan, implement transmission network and configure data flow through networks, implement QoS settings on the traffic according to network KPIs.
•Implement network connectivity with multiple transmission mediums like Fiber, MW transmission clouds and vice versa. Simultaneously advised, supported and fulfill customer demands and requests to facilitate the project as desirable and efficient as possible including playing major roles in End to End network testing for customer's multi-vendor network solution. The TXMs technologies used were MPLS TP clouds, HUA MPLS clouds and Ericsson MW clouds.
•Writing advance level scripts and implements traffic planning using MPLS-TE and OSPF protocols.
•Integrate work with design/planning team to troubleshoot real time non theoretical related issues and expedite implementation and acceptance.
•Use planning software and databases like Mentum and TEMS link planner to verify design pre-implementation with actual field data.
•Conduct LOS surveys. Design civil mounts and suggest appropriate location for the equipment mounts to facilitate smooth equipment installation.
•Prepare feasibility reports for the ongoing and future projects. Provide higher and project management with weekly and quarterly reports of costs and gains.
•A role model and a leader, provide counseling and training to subordinates by arranging trainings sessions and OJTs to increase their competence, increase morale and raises performance and productivity levels.
•Managed personnel effectively concentrating on high quality standards, timeliness and accuracy; The outcome was lowest latency in Acceptance and hence timely payments and saving of budget and excessive resources.

•Experience of traffic migration planning for both cable and MW transmission equipment; operation, configuration, integration and commissioning.
•Deep knowledge of Licensing for the network transmission modules. Planned and implemented all SW licenses for nodes in Saudi Arabian Central and North region.
•Worked advanced level in writing scripts for the Mini-link TN Smart Laptop. Successful integration and upload in SL reports. Outcome: Less human errors.
•I have played a major role and provided expert advise and procured about Instrumentation and testing equipment for operations and maintenance related various projects. The instruments were from EXFO, JDSU, and various fixed and variable attenuators for the troubleshooting of radio equipment. Provided technical support and procured test equipment for STC dark fiber testing and deployment. Some equipment were procured and given to Nokia Managed Services.
•Programing experience in SQL, WIN API, C++, C, PASCAL, Basic, PYTHON, R-programming.
•Hands-on experience on using applications like SAP, ORACLE, Mathematica, Matlab etc.
•Knowledge of AXX, configuration, x-connections and testing. Deep knowledge about the hardware architecture of Ericsson TXM nodes/Access related nodes. Experience in BSS integration.
