The HR and Payroll software has been implemented successfully through a standard and fully automated process, part of it is published over internet and also integrated with Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
* Many Vertical Solutions had been created to match the special requirements of each governmental sector, such as; Central Employment System, Ministry Of Electricity, Ministry of Health, Ministry Of Communication, Fire Services Directorate, Prince Grant (Civil Services Commission), etc.
* Such a huge project had many team members; each group of members was responsible on specific tasks. The most important team was the one responsible on technical support because the project covers all the Kuwaiti government; making minor drifts cause disaster, and requiring support of zero time-zero errors, that put the technical support team under extremely critical situations and pressure,
* Was responsible on successfully managing team of 350 members, and in direct contact with Kuwaiti Ministers and Vice Ministers to effectively execute that software program.
* Two years of knowledge transfer to employees of country citizens from different backgrounds and with different mentalities. Successfully achieved the handover, and led the new employees to give their best performance.
