• Gathering the sales value and Qty from branches and sales representative .by item wise, customer wise and compare it by forecasting sales prepared by me through breakeven and forecasting sales analysis . to be sure that the figure putted by sales representative reliable and achievable .
• Gathering the expenses by branch wise and compare it with the previous year actual expenses to be sure that there is no budgetary slack from their side and review them if there is adjustment required . then finishing the draft to sumbit to Top management to accept it after discussion with the branches in sales and expense figures . then Apply it and make monthly variances anlaysis and submitting with monthly report .
• Prepare the monthly forecasting cash flow.

• Review the leadger and trail balance daily and monthly basis before closing
• Closing the month and prepare the financial report include ( PNL, BS and cash flow statement . by branch wise .
• Finishing the auditing requirement with delloite ( the current external auditor ) to enable us to get the balance sheet final draft .

• Control the stock value to avoid high puffer stock and unusable investment. and make report about near expiry stock and no moved items for the sales staff to take the necessary action to liquidate the stock through promotion or any tools .
• Supervise the physical verification periodically through appoint particular accountant or by myself through visit the branch suddenly .
• Batch close and investigate the variance between actual and standers cost before closing.
• Cash weekly report prepared by the cashier and should be submitted to me to be sure that the physical amount or countable amount matching with our records.
