• Collaborate with retail business and main warehouse units to understand their facility needs and translate them into a workable scope of work for the Facility Management department.
• Oversee the quality of work performed by service providers for the retail locations and the main warehouse (HVAC, FF/FA, Generators, UPS, Water treatment, Oil treatment) ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and plans.
• Manage and review payment certificates for work completed by contractors.
• Provide technical recommendations throughout the maintenance process, ensuring optimal solutions and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering, proposing alternative solutions that reduce maintenance costs without compromising functionality.
• Involved in inspections and ensuring adherence to safety regulations within the retail facilities.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including store managers, contractors, and internal departments.

• Control MEP services
• Offer technical advice and value engineering suggestions when
performing maintenance.
• Planning and allocating PPM and Corrective teams, as well as
monitoring the execution of maintenance operations.
• Maintenance and operation of MEP systems.
• Research and preparation are necessary for new ventures.
• Examination shop drawings and preparing materials for mechanical systems (HVAC, Firefighting and Water supply).
• Overseeing teams on-site, provide direction and assistance, and ensuring that work is done properly and appropriately.
• Placing an order for supplies and contacting suppliers to ensure timely delivery of the supplies.
• Testing and commissioning before handing over mechanical systems.
