- Demand Planning for flour in small packages in a make to stock context;
-Meeting the objectives of stock coverage in plants & regional warehouses & achieving inventory targets;
-Driving and continuously improving the Supply & Inventory planning process for finished goods;
-Improving the accuracy of SKU forecasts;
-Transportation to regional warehouses, second transformation plants & final customers;
-Demand & Supply Planning for Couscous & Pasta in a make to order context;
-Communication & coordination with suppliers of raw materials and transporters
-Preparation of the MPS ( Master production schedule)
-Coordination between all the plants of the group;
-Optimization of the transportation’s annual budget;
-Managing logistics costs and maintaining high level of cost performance;
-Fleet Maintenance;
-Management of SAP (Supply Chain environment / Key User MM/SD).

-Plan of developement of the lubricants Plant.
