•Actively involved in developing the (overall) Corporate Communications & Branding strategies along with blue prints, in accordance with the overall business strategy with specific focus on segments, product marketing and social responsibilities as well as brand development, positioning and management.
•Execute Corporate Communications function activities, comprising brand management, public relations and affairs, advertising, internal and external events and communications, to foster trust and loyalty in employees, communicate company strategy and performance to external stakeholders, safeguard EQUATE image and support its position in the market.
•Support the marketing/sales teams in developing, implementing and achieving the marketing strategies and targets inline with the overall business objectives.
•Coordinate related matters with CEO and the executive team.
•Coordinate with other functions to ensure cross functional initiatives are in line with branding, marketing and business strategy.
•Develop & monitor KPIs along with ROIs.
•Managing internal teams and external vendors/agencies to execute related jobs.
•Develop & maintain processes and procedures.
•Manage, monitor and plan the Communications’ budget/contracts
•Maintaining QMS Requirements.
•Handled various & several major projects in different communications aspects including crises.
