Roles & Responsibilities:
•Supervising and follow up on all administrative activities, personnel affairs, recruitment, secretarial works, staff filing/archiving, procurement and the other day-to-day tasks.
•Advising on the Company’s contracts, employment contracts and tenders and following up the same.
•Supervising and follow up all transactions with the Ministry of Social Work & Labor, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Health and the Immigration Department.
•Handling and supervising all transactions with the public Institution for Social Security and Manpower and Government Restructuring program for Kuwaiti staff to ensure abidance with the regulatory rations and that all the company’s transactions with the official authorities are duly accomplished.
•Organize and maintain personnel records, update internal databases.
•Prepare HR documents (employment contracts, new hire guides, ….)
•Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
•Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
•Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (leave of absence, sick days and work schedules)
•Follow-up on issuance of the commercial licenses and signatory authorization certificates for the company and its associates, and coordinating with the Company’s legal firm regarding the labor and the other cases.
•Supervising “Creativity & Designing” and “Marketing & Sales” Departments.
•Coordinating between the staff and the higher management of the group.
•Following up the import and export of goods and supplies.
•Ensuring transportation of goods.
