- Manage day-to-day business operations
covering transportation, fleet management and
maintenance workshop.
- Participate in the development and
implementation of business strategies and

monitor costs and implement plans to achieve
cost savings and improve financial outcomes.
- Conduct regular market research studies and
analyze data to glean strategic inputs on
market environment, business opportunities
and competitive threats.
- Monitor and evaluate business performance,
identify variances and implement improvement
plans to deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and
annual objectives.
- Collate and analyze business data and produce
management reports covering performance,
revenues, costs, opportunities and competition.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy,
based on knowledge of establishment objectives.
- Contact and co-ordinate with our sponsors.
