TASKS AND JOB DESCRIPTION:
- FOLOW UP THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF PROJECTS WITH PROJECTS MANAGERS, ACCORDING TO THE ACTION PLANS AND THE MINUTES MEATINGS.
- PREPARING MONTHLY PROJECTS ACHIEVEMENTS REPORT.
- REPORT DEVIATIONS AND SUGGEST CORRECTIONS.
- REPORT ACHIEVEMENTS TO THE CSB CEO.
- MAKING SURE THAT THE PROJECT IS PROGRESSING WELL COMPARED TO ACTION PLAN OF EACH PROJECT.
- HANDLING OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS HANDED OVER TO ME BY THE UNIT MANGER.
- ARRANGE MEATINGS FOR THE CSB CEO WITH PROJECT MANAGERS.
- WRITING MEATINGS MINUTES.
- PARTICIPATE IN COMPETITIVE EXAMINATIONS TO SELLECT CANDIDATES (ORIENTED EMPLOYEE) TO JOIN CIVIL SERVICE 2014.
- HANDLING ANY TASKS ASSIGNED TO ME BY HEAD ADMINSTRATION.
- FILING HARD AND SOFT COPIES.
