• Preparation of Detailed Integrated Shutdown Schedule for 2-3 near term and long term shutdowns.
• Developing a Resource / Equipment loaded Integrated Detailed Schedule and the Implementation Phase.
• Ensure compliance and update on progress for Project Gate System during Project Lifespan.
• Own and communicate established layout and status reports on daily/weekly basis with all stakeholders at all stages of the project.
• Ensure planning coordination between interface groups during the planning and execution phase of shutdowns to ensure activities are identified and work packs are constructed to a high standard that will ensure safety and efficiency during execution.
• Prepare and ensure standardization of comprehensive shutdown reports for evaluation during the Pre / Execution / Post Phases and for future reference.
• Update, review monitors completion of the work carried out and forecasts activities during shutdowns.
• Ensure all planning milestone are met and communicates non compliances.
• Analytical review of critical path to optimize activity and resource productivity.
• Applying the established standards for look a heads, S-curve and resource leveling.
• Utilizing SAP / GMS as CMMS tool, Shutdown Management System as the Project Management tool and Primavera 6 as Scheduling tool and MS Office as general tool.
• Planning and scheduling of planned, break in, environmental and safety compliance maintenance work.
• Prepare MTBF & MTTR for rotary and static equipments based on CMMS and failure analysis history.
• Generating management report for KPI's using Seagate Crystal Report.
• Chairperson for weekly planning meetings. (Review KPI's, Look ahead and issue schedule)
• Monitor progress of the weekly schedule against the team targets and the overall Plant KPI's
• At the completion of the job, review job pack, identify recommendations for improvements on the plan, material requirements stocked and non stocked, procedures.
• Scoping work for items requiring overhaul or reliability improvements.
• Planning and scheduling for maintenance team through turnarounds, swoop downs and general maintenance.
• Prepare cost estimates and assist in identifying expenditures to establish project budgets
