*provide and support the production and test network environments including Local Area (LAN), Municipal Area (MAN), Wide Area (WAN), and Internet connectivity to ensure that all staff of the stadium network traffic is transported in a secure, efficient, and effective manner during the AFC ASIAN CUP 2023
* Provide secure connectivity, with sufficient throughput for all staff of the stadiums and its boards and agencies, to all servers, mainframes, and remote services that they require to perform their job duties.

all installation, upgrading and maintenance activities.
*Support full connectivity and the protocols relevant to turnstile and IP-based CCTV systems, including Ethernet, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and cabling standards (e.g., Cat5e, Cat6). Provide assistance and support to the Infrastructure Services Manager
Associated with the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy as a Broadcast Lead for a period of three (3) months, to support broadcast operations & IPTV-CATV for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™., responsibilities included managing and coordinating activities to ensure all stadiums(Lusail Stadium, Khalifa International Stadium, Education City Stadium, Al Janoub Stadium, Al Thumama Stadium, Ahmad bin Ali Stadium, Al Bayt Stadium, 974) and training sites had the necessary Broadcast Network, IPTV & CATV Infrastructure in place. Communication with customers as required and keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages. Provide customer focused technical support for all installation, upgrading and maintenance activities. Coordinate and plan daily operation of the Stadium by respond to customer Requirements/issues quickly and efficiently and ensure that SLAs are met. Plan, schedule, coordinate, and lead the fiber connectivity with Vodafone Company, the network with an al-mnaai company then the cabling and UPS with GPM Company.
* Infrastructure cables are an excellent service to customers with corporate guidelines.

* lead role in managing access control CCTV and ELV projects. This includes defining project objectives, establishing timelines, allocating resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.

*Manage and coordinate a team of IT support staff (Maintenance and network).

* diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networking, CCTV, control, and ELV systems. This involves troubleshooting electrical circuits, identifying faults, and replacing or repairing faulty components. oversee the installation of cameras, cabling, and supporting equipment such as DVRs (Digital Video Recorders) or NVRs (Network Video Recorders), and configure the system, including camera settings, storage parameters, network connectivity, and access control.
*Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including, availability, utilization, throughput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
