VERMEG is an international software group operating across several lines of B2B services:
pensions & insurance, wealth & asset management, financial & security markets and Digital
Financial Services. I had the pleasure to be a part of such a team and take care of :


— Conduct user research and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform
product design decisions.

— Taking charge of Sketch to Figma migration besides developing and maintaining design
systems and style guides that can be used across multiple products and platforms.

— Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other
designers, to ensure that designs are feasible and meet business requirements.

— Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

— Create user flows and information architectures to ensure that the product is easy to use
and navigate.

— Develop product design strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and user
needs.

— Work with development teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and
according to design specifications.

Podyam is a Fintech startup that connects Asset Managers to a highly performant platform
that allows them to manage their Portfolios, run real time simulations, a high end Portfolio
Position overview and much more features to make Asset Managers' life more easier and make
their decisions more precise by the implemented Data-driven AI that Podium360 provides.


Serving as a UX Designer, was mostly about involving users with the design processes,
encouraging them for feedbacks, coordinating with the Product owner and planning/updating
the Design Roadmap.Furthermore, there was daily updates on the User Flows, Sitemap to make
it as optimal as possible, yet preparing for upcoming demos and assisting the Dev team with
any handoffs needed. Other than that, I illustrate design aesthetics and functionality to
make sure the user's needs are aligned with our business goals.


Also, one of my achievements is having successfully installing a Design process that it’s
based on The Design Sprint methodology, it has been working very well here at Podyam for
both the Design and the Dev team, as a result it made the teams more coherent, synchronized
and always up to the point.

Responsible for providing clients a creative approach to elevate their web presence towards online success. This includes usable, noticeable and brand oriented Websites/Mobile Apps with use of out of the box ideas and without compromising the creative aspects.

— Understand client briefs and actively contribute to the brainstorming.
— Manage and maintain a library of design components.
— Develop and maintain a detailed UI design style guide for the client use.

Novhadrim a B2B life insurance startup that it's based in France, offering software
technologies that allows insurance companies to empower their users to learn and discover
life insurance options that better protect themselves and their families. Novhadrim tools
deliver price quotes on demand in seconds, removing barriers to enrollment and helping users
get the best coverage for their needs. My key responsibilities & values included:


— Requirement gathering, ideating and creating concepts to communicate potential solutions.

— Craft beautiful UI that integrates both convention and design trends.

— Advocate for collaborative design, design thinking, and an inclusive UX process.

— Work closely with developers to take an idea from concept to implementation.

— Properly document design decisions and provide dev-ready assets.

— Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.

— Work with different teams and partners in setting the right tones in our communication
channels.

— Create deliverables to communicate design work including sketches, wireframes, low-fi
concepts, specifications, and high-fi prototypes.

— Maintain and organize Figma projects to ensure consistency across UI components and
projects.

— Continually give and solicit UX and UI feedback from others across a wide-range of
disciplines to achieve a rich perspective.

— Work with my product owner and key stakeholders to brainstorm and identify opportunities
for improving the overall user experience.

— Work with a team of developers and business stakeholders from concept to completion to
craft meaningful experiences for our users through iterative design.

Working with a group of other interns on a common graduation year project, which was an
Online Clinic for a middle east investors, and I led it with the supervision of the CTO. My
main responsibilities were :

— Setting up the Dev environment.

— Meeting with stakeholders and product managers to discuss the objectives and requirements.
— Design system creation process, conducting a design audit, defining design elements and
components.

— Using Angular to build responsive components out of the design system.

— Testing and debugging code.
