•Plan, Design & Optimize all related PS Core Nodes for Sudatel Group
• HLD/LLD Design & Audit
• Analysis effect and correlation of KPI’s.
•Study the KPI trend and performing network optimization to improve performance PS Core systems
• PS Core dimensioning & expansion (SGSN, GGSN, PDSN, CG, DNS, AAA)
• Provides technical support for Huawei PS Core Products (SGSN9810, GGSN9810, PDSN9660, CG, DNS, M2000)
• Provides technical support for ZTE PS Core Products (PDSN2000, AAA, RADIUS, ZXR10 routers and switches, firewalls)
• Collects monthly performance statistics of all the PS Core Network equipment’s (CDMA, AAA and PDSN, SGSN, GGSN)
• Uses the proper procedures of troubleshooting and gives the solution;
• Identifies the root cause of the problem;
• Interacts and communicates with the customer’s in order to know the symptoms of the problems and to offer them solutions;
• Troubleshoots hardware and software issues and identify network/applications issues;
• set up, configure and upgrade PS Core Network
• Uses trouble ticket system for tracking customer interactions and issues resolution;
• Evaluates customers concerns and resolve problems to customer satisfaction;
• KPI analyzing
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP related technologies as WAN, NAT, PAT, OSPF, IPsec, GRE, VPN, VPDN, and RADIUS, heavily involved in 2G & 3G packet

•Experience with Cisco PIX 5xx series and Juniper SSG550, 550M firewalls.
• Experience almost in all Cisco series routers and switches.
•Implementing and verify EIGRP, OSPF operations.
•Configure, monitor and troubleshoot BGP.
•Design an IP addressing scheme to meet design requirements
•Implement & maintain essential security setups.
•Creating Reports, including KPI.
•Update all data related to Network configuration & setup and Implement Microsoft Visio Topology
•Monitor all Base station controller and support site engineers.
