1 Receive orders & styles from sales.
2 creating T&A / critical path for the sales order
3 Review & submit the BOM for the relevant accounts
4 Ensure the actual fabric cons. is less than pricing consumption.
5 Sign the purchase request & Ensure it is released on the proper time
6 Achieve DTBG according to the production plan.
7 follow up garment delivery date
8 Reporting delivery situation to the division head.
9 communicating with the sales team (new styles, projections, developments, fit approval status,
missing SBD, in-complete BOM, extensions)
10 submit the BOM, BOQ, Missing list & Style Details to the scheduling team
11 Reporting order analysis (material cons., left over and production lead time and 2nd %)
12 Closing Orders
13 Ensure the file content matching the standard.
1- Answering the client’s inquires, requisitions and orders
2- Send quotations for the client’s inquires
3- Follow up client’s orders until delivered to the client
1- Make inspection for the caravans who need renovation & maintenance
2- Make quotation reference to needed maintenance works
3- Agreement with the client for the description & specification of maintenance works
4- Supervising on my team of maintenance technician according to working notification
5- Follow up the mission ( at client’s site or in our site ) until delivered to the client
6- Follow up client’s orders until delivered to the client
7- Responsible Engineer about follow up the production of the caravans in Factory Mog for the Develop industries
8- Planning the production according to the priority & Time lead
9- Follow-Up the purchasing department & other factories for our materials & equipments
10- Follow-up the production at site daily according to our daily planning
