Receive the original manuscript from the Content Production System (CPS) to start its processing
Receive the XML files from the Reference and Tables-Markup teams and figures from Graphics team then convert the manuscript format from MS Word to PDF format to be in the publication format
Revise the converted manuscript and compare it with the original one in the word format to guarantee the consistency and assure that the converted file is formatted according to the company’s style
Send the manuscript to the Proofreading, Copyediting, Graphics and the Markup Tables teams to add their corrections on the manuscript
Upload the finalized manuscript on the CPS to be sent to the author after being approved by the Team Leader.
Reformatting the manuscript to match Hindawi’s in-house style and quality standards
Coordinating Customers final requirements.
• Preparing documents to its final format.
• Confirming the publishing process with all stakeholders.
Writing the Abstract in XML Files
• Revising the Abstract final edition and transfer it to interested parties.
