•Auditing the work of the entire team of 12 members.
•Handling the Team and Team reports in the absence of the Team Lead.
•Handling US Service Contract & Reporting.
•Handling Short Term Pricing.
•Responsibility for maintaining ‘CDM’ (Customer Data Management).
