•Responsible for preparing a new plan for the workflow in dispatch department.
•Communicate and coordinate between dispatch team and other departments.
•Maintain all flight records and insure accuracy and integrity of all records and files.

•Request and obtain all required permits for company flights.
•Manages the process of all crew visas, and hotels accommodations at all destinations.
•Prepare Roster for the crew and calculating the duty and rest time, according to Civil Aviation Regulations.
•Prepare Flight plans complying with company policies and procedures.
•Analyzing Weather Conditions En-route, Destinations, and Alternate Airports.
•Analyzing NOTAMS
•Awareness of Aircrafts Limitations and Performances.
•Flight monitoring, and following.
•Considering Economical Savings on flight plans without compromising safety and security.
•Responsible for briefing the operating crew on all safety and
courses: SEP-NOV – Aircraft Dispatcher Course from JATS
