• Responding to inquiries pertaining to work order status, equipment maintenance history, work orders, consumption of standing work orders, preventive maintenance and outstanding trouble reports by utilizing MAXIMO software and query tools.
• Instrumental in instituting and maintaining reference data links to documents allied with different pieces of equipment within MAXIMO including drawings, records, certificates, completed forms, manufacturer's maintenance manuals, spare parts and operational data including SOP's, runtime, starts/stops and # of operations.
• Assuming responsibility for inputting and updating data, consequently ensuring accuracy of data files and conducting routine maintenance of system static data, record and tables to ensure smooth workflow.
• Examining work requirements/work orders entered to ensure that work plans, equipment and other information are accurate for smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
• Handling the entire development life cycle including preparing detailed technical specifications, operating locations, routes to equipment and executing Job tasks as per the requirement for better work flow.
• Supervising the requisite data logs/records in and outside the control room, thereby keeping a track of monthly reports for equipment performance analysis within established standards and guidelines.
• Accomplishing various duties as assigned by management including Maximo Access Request (MAR), training requests and documentation along with reconciling statements and performing an array of activities as per requirement.
• Maintaining and updating a comprehensive list of users’ complaints/problems and according providing appropriate solutions in close coordination with IT Help Desk and submitting ad hoc reports whenever required.
• Supporting users in the technique for entering and configuring data, resolving day to day system queries and assisting in the functions, application and operation of the MAXIMO System to perform tasks more efficiently.
• Functioning as an interdepartmental link, thereby resolving information distribution issues and report requests, along with determining conflicts between various Maximo users and thus ensuring the most productive data work flow.
• Steering the team in identification/ implementation of process enhancement opportunities to increase efficiency and utilizing technology to improve operations.
