Managing all cash transactions (cash deposits, cheques withdrawals, counter cheque withdrawals, payments orders, embassies and universities / visa credit / internet cards payments).
Handling all bill payments (electricity, phone, water).
Cheque deposits through clearing local and certified cheques also buy travelers cheques (cash/account)
Exchanging currencies by making rate deals by coordination with dealing room department.
Issuing drafts (certified cheques)
Handling inward and outward remittance and executing internal transfers through ciro amman bank
Achieving sales targets by selling banking products as credit cards, personal loans, car loans, house loans
Encouraging and directing clients to use self services (E-channels: Phone Banking, internet banking, ATM services) in order to be able to manage their accounts by them selves in any place or time, and give full explanation, steps and producers of ways to use it.
Willing to answer and clarify client's inquiries or questions regarding their accounts, deposits, credit cards, interest and exchanging rates by using kindle systems.
Through my working period I worked in Corporate Section that serve the bank corporate sector clients by providing them basically with same services as well as our retail clients.
1. Providing help and advice to customers, using the organisation's products or services.
2. Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face.
3. Investigating and solving customers' problems
4. Writing reports analysing the customer service that the company provides.
5. Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
6. Being involved in staff recruitment and appraisals
1. Develop a three-year Marketing and Public Relations plan for the organization.
2. Develop and maintain a communications calendar.
3. Work closely with Executive Director on relationship building and outreach efforts.
4. Make a good reputation for the company and make a strong relationship with costumers.
5. Perform other related duties as assigned.and outreach efforts.
