- Orientation and Engagement: Planning and conducting campus tours, holding student orientations, and helping students acclimate to campus life by providing necessary information about various courses of study and other relevant aspects.
- Student Support: Addressing and resolving student issues and complaints, as well as providing information and counseling on majors, scholarships, and financial aid options.
- Administrative Oversight: Managing technical issues and other obstacles to ensure a smooth admission process. I also maintain accurate records and files for all admissions activities.
- Training and Development: Conducting training sessions and creating manuals to onboard new staff members. I also lead team training initiatives to ensure optimal performance and outcomes.
- Recruitment and Screening: Screening and shortlisting potential candidates, and guiding them through the admission process, which includes providing detailed information on admission requirements, enrollment steps, and conducting campus tours.

A Management Information Systems (MIS) focuses on the management of information systems to provide efficiency and effectiveness of strategic decision making. The concept may include systems termed transaction processing system, decision support systems, expert systems, and executive information systems. The term MIS is often used in the business schools. Some of MIS contents are overlapping with other areas such as information system, information technology, informatics, e-commerce and computer science. Therefore, the MIS term sometimes can be inter-changeable used in above areas.
