• Managing and conducting Eta-max’s preventive maintenance (follow-ups and performance reports).
• Following up ETA-max clients’ complaints and conducting corrective maintenance processes for any defected PV system parts.
• Monitoring the PV plants remotely by different real-time monitoring systems.
• Conducting commissioning tests to ensure the plants’ installation and design.
• Managing and supervising the cleaning process for different ETA-max’s projects.
• Perform utility data analysis by entering utility billing information, understanding the information shown on the bills and analyze this information Vs. accepted standards.
• Participate in facility site visits using observational skills to collect the required data to perform engineering calculations (Walkthrough).
• Perform preliminary and detailed facility audits, measures and necessary tests to identify energy conservation measures (ECM’s) and energy conservation opportunities (ECO’s).
• Perform basic energy savings calculations, making educated assumptions when applicable and using/ interpreting data gathered from the field to estimate savings.
• Prepare energy audit reports and present study results to the clients.
1. Providing technical support for the management in alternative energy division policy.
2. Make a site survey as pre-sales technical assistance.
3. Providing alternative energy solutions for the clients by designing alternative energy systems.
4. Providing research and development reports for alternative energy products.
5. Providing full cooperate offer to client which contain :
a. PV Modules Mechanical, Electrical Specification table.
b. Bill of Quantities and Prices as per margins sets by Manager Director.
c. Delivery Timeline (mile stone)
d. Warrantee terms and conditions
e. Financial terms and conditions.
f. Payback period study.
6. Making a project summary to explain project cost for final approval.
7. Making technical presentations to clients as technical support for sales team with or without sales team.
8. Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
9. Follow-up the governmental approvals which needed to start the projects and follow up suppliers on solution’s provided and/or suggested along with following up and obtaining needed technical information and/or certifications required for final approvals.
10. Site supervision and project managements/case by case.
11. Communicate with sales department and/or sales team through technical questioner and/or briefing meeting for best client need understanding.
12. Presenting the FCO to sales department and/or sales team for official submission after management final approval.
13. Create and/or develop projects pipeline.
14. Report directly to Manager Director semimonthly bases on:
a)Division requirements.
b)Pricing update - suppliers and/or marketing selling price.
c)Pipeline status.

2) Design Power System.
3) Design Low Current System.
4) Design Fire Alarm System.
