Heading facility management projects of IDAMA facilities management solutions/Ejadah Asset Management ( part of Dubai Holding Group ) in the TFM contract of DIFC ( Dubai International Financial Centre ) lead the team in pre-engineering, study cases , ROI reports, projects budgeting and estimation, scope of work and BOQ, techno-commercial comparisons, technical evaluations, projects planning, projects coordination management and execution, snags and de-snags, handover, defect liabilities management .assets update, asset life cycle management
Also support the team in monitoring the utilities consumption on daily, weekly, and monthly basis, setting the energy saving plans/strategies continuous optimize the energy consumption, issue daily/weekly/monthly energy saving reports

Duties

•Strategic planning of the projects and the asset life cycle management
•Overseeing and leading projects from budgeting and estimation through to completion
•Implement initiatives to improve the projects and client/tenants experience
•Monitor progress and achievement of the team and support to achieve the goals and the client requirement
•Interview and evaluate the proposed contractors/vendors and services providers
•Review and approve the project documents such as scope of works, BOQ, plan, method statement and risk assessment and other related documents
•Review the budget of the project and ensure to follow the commercial plans
•Directing and managing all technical and non-technical outsourced service contracts and in-house services, including inspections and quality management of service delivery
•Lead inspections of the projects and the FM activities and issue observations and recommendation to the in-charge contractor/service provider
•Coordinate and plan the projects activities as per the business and the operational requirement and avoid any inconvenience or disruption
•Ensure that QHSE plans are followed and work closely with the team to improve the standards and policies
•Establish and manage the PPM for the assets and ensure all planned activity done on time with all the required documentation and reports
•Lead the team on verification of the assets and update the asset list in CAFM
•Review the SR in CAFM and do required analysis for the major issues and the repeated cases
•Investigation and analytical approach for the issues and check the root cause of the problems
•Issue replacement/renovation/refurbishments project plans and budget based on the analysis of the technical issues and the assets life cycle analysis
•Set the tasks of the team member and try to optimize the manpower cost by combine the tasks and apply multi-tasks approach
•Maintain relationships with the clients, landlords and owners, tenants, end-users, security, suppliers, contractors and all involves parties in order to achieve all the projects goals effectively and

Construction of BRF food processing facility in Tawila port (KIZAD) Abu Dhabi, this factory will have capacity to produce 80 thousand tons of food products per year, the products will include hamburgers, pizzas, frozen pies, breaded items, specialty meats and marinated processed foods.

Duties:
•Coordinate between MEP subcontractors and civil construction team with the objective of timely completion of the project as per contract specifications and by meeting the required polices and procedures.
•Ensure the resolution of all conflicts in the designs and drawings of structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines in a timely, cost effective and comprehensive manner to formulate creative solutions that reduce manpower requirements, cost and/or time .
•Interfaces with clients, consultants and authorities to ensure quick approvals for drawings and executed work.
•Coordinate material handling, installation works, testing and commissioning in order to meet the contract program.
•Coordinate the availability of MEP materials for the production as per project specifications in order to avoid any shortages during production.
•Manage and coordinate subcontractors on site in order to ensure the subcontractors activities are completed on time to project requirements.
•Conduct and facilitate coordination meetings with MEP subcontractors, client representative and/or consultant in order to meet site program and solve the problems if any.
•Monitor the materials used by subcontractors for the production to ensure all materials comply with the project specifications.
•Review and coordinate proper procedure and methods statements for implementation of MEP installations to avoid and prevent any technical problems.
•Coordinate with subcontractors in order to prepare the inspection request for obtaining timely MEP clearances from consultant without causing and delay to the following works.
•Coordinate and solve and discrepancies between MEP and civil works as per site conditions and project specifications in order to avoid any delay to the construction program.
•Coordinate with subcontractor the early completion of shop drawings.
