key responsibilities:
• Manage and Design the UI/UX flow of the InstaShop app and other internal apps.
• Manage and Design the Ui/UX flow of InstaShop websites and the web app.
• Generate concepts/campaign via brainstorming sessions.
• Overseeing the in-house creative direction of all advertising, marketing and branding campaigns.
• Responsible for all aspects of brand management and corporate identity.
• Coordinate with other departments to develop/update necessary marketing materials.
• Provide shareable content for the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram etc...).
• Identify new ways and content types to engage our target customers.
• Briefing Junior Designers and other members of the creative team.
• Managing Social Media marketing campaigns activities in the Region.
• Managing and directing the creative designers and Art Directors.
• Approving the final stages of the digital campaigns.
• Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing
collateral
• Client management and business development.
• Conduct research on various prospective clients and create informative reports.
• Developing the social media strategy.
• Managing online communities for brands.
• Managing Social Media marketing campaigns activities for various UAE leading accounts.
• Maximize online presence by implementing creative, strategic plans for social media.
• Developing and increasing traffic through direct and semi-direct online channels.
• Develop proposal and pitches with team for current projects and attracting new clients.
• Direct, train and measure creative team members’ performance throughout projects handled.
• Co-ordinate projects with Cooltribes teams in other regions/countries.
• Design and production of brand campaigns.
• Attend and record minutes of meetings.
• Managing and designing projects for a wide variety of companies and organizations
• Translating marketing briefs into creative communication and campaign concepts.
• Handling and producing the concepts to final form for use in magazines, billboard ads and other
marketing campaigns according to the clients vision.
• Direct supervision and training of junior designers.
• Insure that junior designers projects are completedd according to the clients instructions and meet
the deadline and CompuServe standards.
• Meeting clients to discuss their vision and propose companies approach to the project.
• Help create advertisements, corporate identity, product packaging, print publications and more.
• Managed a large sized campaign for “Al Ghorair Feeds“ that included all BTL and ATL.
• Head of the Graphic Design Department for ASMF(Arab Social Media Forum)in Jordan and Palestine.
• Designed children puzzles for Dubai Police Department.
• Designed hospitals booklets for Dubai Police Department.
• Designed a full campaign for “Al Sunnar” for IVF, infertility and genetics. Including: rollups, party
invitations, flyers and an educational/informative album.
• Produced several advertisements for new computers monitors.
• Obtaining approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
• Involve in Project Handling, Planning and Time Estimation, for a weekly magazine.
• Produced two posters for LG Air conditions.
• Involve in a summer campaign about the air conditions.
