Manages a team of Business Development Specialists.
▪ Responsible for business growth & Marketing activities of the
organization. Contributed towards the awarding of multiple
projects.
▪ Established key partnerships with Suppliers and Providers,
ensuring the successful operations & completion of multiple
projects.
▪ Actively work to build professional relationships with a range of
stakeholders like customers, suppliers, colleagues etc.
▪ Effectively assist and collaborate with the Marketing Team in
the execution and renewal of contracts with clients/customers.
▪ Coordinate all tasks and assignments, ensuring their timely
completion, for the overall efficient functioning of the
department.
▪ Ensure accurate data entry of all new contracts indicating the
necessary terms and conditions for invoicing and billing
purposes.
▪ As necessary, ensure timely renewal of contracts and inform
clients of changes in procedures and pricing, etc.
▪ Prepare and complete the submission of Tender documents
related to the company scope of services on time and correctly.
▪ Readily liaise with Human Resources and Public Relations
Officer for timely processing of Security pass and other
document formalities required for.
▪ Assist in tracking and monitoring projects in process.
Accurately assess a timetable and communicate all needed
information to the relevant staff for due action.
▪ Actively participate in company quality improvement activities.
▪ initiate timely market research studies and surveys as well as
analyzing their findings to identify potential markets for our
products and services.
▪ Support and facilitate development and implementation of
customer services programs.
▪ Planning and organizing of the Company’s participation in
media exhibitions, scientific conferences etc. As well as
increasing the company’s publicity in society/community.
▪ Readily take responsibility for all contacts/sales agreements
with the clients/customers to ensure conformity.
▪ Actively maintain close liaison with other departments
regarding internal & external projects.
▪ Effectively establish and foster an efficient team approach to
the management of daily departmental functions.
▪ Actively organize and attend departmental meetings.
▪ Perform other related tasks as required, efficiently and in a
timely manner.
▪ Keep an update on government regulations and statutory
requirements and determine their impact on the company.
▪ Managing all queries and issues related to the licensing of
doctors, nurses, and laboratory/pharmacy/X-ray technicians.
▪ Managing and processing all documents with Ministry of
Health.
▪ Performing Part of the recruiting process by assisting the
Human Resources team in reviewing the selected candidates to
ensure their compliance with the licensing process.
▪ Managing all queries and issues related to the licensing of
doctors, nurses and laboratory/pharmacy/X-ray technicians, all
facilities licensing.
▪ Managing and processing all documents with Ministry of
Health, and the Health Authority in Abu Dhabi.
▪ Performing Part of the recruiting process by assisting the
Human Resources team in reviewing the selected candidates to
ensure their compliance with the licensing process.
▪ Issuing reports, analysis and recommendations and submitting
them to Human Resources Management.
▪ Handling all queries and issues related to mobilizing staff for Oil
Companies to ensure smooth running of providing the
manpower service.
▪ Supporting the hospital management with all local and federal
department services; (Municipality, Abu Dhabi Chamber of
Commerce and Industry, Banks and Embassies).
▪ Active member in the Licensing Committee for the entire
hospital and satellite clinics
