Supervising community mobilization workers-volunteers-.
-Help, obtain and arrange hygiene awareness sessions.
-Conducting initial meetings in community to inform beneficiaries on Oxfam programming.
- Ensuring better participation in the meeting and sensitize community about the Project
activities in respective districts.
- Mobilize, interact and dialogue with individuals representing beneficiary households for the
organization of community for development.
- strengthening community participation for sustainability and self-reliance.
- Identification and reporting of population with special needs and their vulnerabilities.
- Identify beneficiary complaints and refer these in the appropriate structure.
- Co-facilitate resolution of dispute, conflicts between individuals and among members of
community when needed.
- Co-facilitate and translate when needed, the process of obtaining community endorsement
and participation in Oxfam programming.
- Capturing success stories and lessons learned in each phase of program implementation.
- Provide necessary reporting inputs to the Social mobilization Officer.
- Support the reporting of protection issues and referral to other agencies in targeted area in
the camp.
- Work with the MEAL team in developing and strengthening accountability mechanisms at
community level.
- To ensure that all programs take gender issues fully into account. This includes the
introduction of mechanisms to enable women to participate in decision making around public
health engineering issues.
Plan and execute SEO/SEM campaign's.
Managing social media profiles, Coordination with Partners and Sponsors.
Management and supervision over technicians and maintenance procedures.
Refugee registration, donations management and follow up with Syrian refuges and the host communities
Costumer services and technical support for GSM, HSPA+, WIMAX and ADSL
