To issue the orders and make sure that the materials will be delivered to the stocks on time to avoid shortage or stoppage of the machines and production lines.
making supervision on the max. & minimum qty. of the materials in stock to issue the orders on time, and issue the monthly, quarterly & weekly orders on time and get the confirmation from the suppliers on delivery date to send it to the planning dept. in order to make the production plan based on the delivery dates.
Following up with the suppliers regarding the delivery dates & and RFQ.
Arranging for the shipments Air-freight & Sea-Freight shipments.
My work is to supervise the work and to make sure that the work will be done on the or before the planning project period, making sure that the installed materials are installed as per the approved materials in the submittal and making sure that the material are available in the project site without any missing items as to make sure that the project will be finished on time. do the work as per the drawing from the design & technical department, doing the As built drawings & send them to our office, solve and trying to find a solutions for the difficulties that will face us during the installation.
