SETS has been working with the Louis Berger/Hill International JV, which is responsible for the PMCM scope of lines 4, 5 and 6 of the Riyadh Metro. Acting as the Traffic Management Team for the Louis Berger/Hill International PMCM team.

Deputy Manager - Traffic Management
Responsible for the review and approval of Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and Temporary Traffic Control Plans (TTCPs) as well as overall administrative matters and overall coordination activities with relevant parties and stakeholders in relation to the metro lines 4, 5 and 6, under their responsibility, in line with the guidelines and procedures specified by the Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA’s), Traffic Police ( TP), Traffic Management Consultant (TMC), and to monitor the compliance with and implementation of these plans.
Preparation transport and traffic programs and projects carried out by Greater Amman Municipality and emanating from the comprehensive plan to move in Amman on a strategic level, and prepare actual plans needed for implementation in collaboration with internal partners and external such as ministries and bodies and international agencies, and follow-up completion, operation, evaluation and review.
Follow-up traffic network and increasing the efficiency of routes, surveying traffic volumes, parking management, detours study, humps study, intersection design and provide necessary evaluation and review for the Traffic Control Center by using SCATS and CCTV software.
Contract management, resolution of disputes, legal opinion with respect to construction projects and engineering processes for the department. Creating GAM Project Policy including Quality Control and Quality Assurance of processes.
Creating uniform policy to manage programs and projects consistent to the requirements professionals' project management. Find a mechanism to control and monitoring and auditing of projects using appropriate software.
Supervising construction projects, Oversight and scrutiny to the work of contractors and abiding by the terms of the implementation of tenders for buildings and parks
