Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and support execution of the project throughout the scope during the all-project phases (concept to handover)
• Providing data and analysis that helps project director deliver projects to time and budget throughout the whole project phases.
• Develops project Delivery Strategy by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
• Conducting technical evaluation for bidders (contractor and supervision consultant) including personal meetings to recommend the passing bidder to commercial team.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; scope of work initiation for bids.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the site staff and activities in a way that ensures meeting project agreed specifications, budgets and timescales.
• Coordinate with MEP and architectural department for any related activities to avoid any clashes and/or repeating works.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, send delay notice in case of any delays.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of required material in the required time and quality.
• Use Primavera 6 and management tools in purpose of monitoring and reporting externally and internally.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prepare claim application for extension of time and associated cost application for Arbitration Boards and delay analysis.
• Review the submitted claims from the contractors for EOT with the associated cost and give comments/consent and recommendations.
• Oversee the preparation and revision of contracts that involve the purchase of sale of goods and services.
• Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables.
• Analyze activities critical path, float, to determine risks jeopardizing the baseline.
• Preparing logistics plans and Baseline Program, generate reports out of it based on labour, materials and equipment using Primavera software and Microsoft tools.
• Monitoring sub-contractor's time schedules for civil and MEP disciplines based on the contractual milestones and scope of work.
• Review the submitted programs and Reports from the contractors and give comments / consent.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documents for tendering and baseline preparation purpose.
• Weekly updates of project schedule highlighting delayed activities and recommending corrective action plans.
• Prepares progress S-Curves, resources histogram (equipment and materials), cash flow diagram and monitoring planed VS actual.
• Attend the kick off meeting, Highlight the weaknesses at site, Do the complete reporting to the client. Attends weekly planning coordination meeting with the other partner's planners.
• Preparing the monthly Earned Value Report for the work done in the site for Payment purposes and budget monitoring.

Main contractor for 40 Million aed cost project for The Ministry of Defence benefits (client) in Al Ain city, the project includes, steel structural lecture halls with cladding and sandwich panel, dining hall with industrial kitchen, Toilet blocks, 3 km precast boundary wall, underground water tanks, pump rooms and asphalt roads.
