Main responsibilities for Cash transfer programme Assistant :
-prepare monthly payments for beneficiaries through bank accounts.
-follow up with beneficiaries (bank accounts and issues related to the bank accounts) .
-follow up with beneficiaries (complaints related to their bank accounts) .
-cards distribution and monitoring .
- beneficiaries home visits monitoring.
-monthly report for the beneficiaries complaints mechanism.

-Assist beneficiaries with information about IRIS registration and with the distribution of ATM cards;
-Keep beneficiaries continuously informed and updated by phone calls. Keep updated beneficiary information and provide it on a monthly basis to CTP team;
-Follow up special cases and support referrals to the JRCS Case Managers and UNHCR;
-Answer the phone (hotline) for beneficiary complaints Report monthly on beneficiary complaint statistics;
-Participate in meetings related to CTP when required .
-Support the JRCS field officer to facilitate focus group discussions, home visits, Post Distribution Monitoring of the cash assistance and be proactive during donor monitoring visits;
-To assist the CTP coordination meetings as requested by the CTP Team .
-Carry out other general tasks as requested by CTP .
