Conduct coherent, knowledgeable, and consistent outreach sessions to inform Syrian refugees about NRC Education programme and assist in mobilizing the communities around the centre and Serve as a link between NRC programs and the local community and Serve as a focal point between community members and parents of participants, school and education learning center staff.
Submit regular written field reports, Develop schedules for community outreach activities, based on outreach strategy and Carry out monitoring and evaluation activities in accordance with the M&E plan, and Support regular data collection, conduct analysis of data and prepare reports for management.
Distributing NFIs for NRC during the day/night shift, at the NFI distribution center, and at
the replenishment center in Azraq camp
Supporting the team leader in delivering NFI items for new arrivals
Directly managing distribution processes as assigned by the team leader
Any other responsibilities assigned by the project officer
Answer phones and respond to customer requests
Sell product and place customer orders in computer system
Provide customers with product and service information
Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system
Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
