• Produce regional sales plan designed to deliver the Annual treasury corporate Sales strategy.
• Supervise the daily activities of the Treasury sales team ensuring that agreed targets are achieved, and participate in Regional Leadership Team meetings.
• Guide and manage staff within the relevant Region and retrain team members as necessary.
• Arrange and attend regular client meetings.
• Assist the Regional Sales Manager as required.
