The industry of this company is (Online Financial Services).
It acts as an Online Payment Gateway/Service Provider (FinTech).
I was reporting to the CEO, and managing a department that includes five divisions; Back Office, Customer.Support, Technical Support, Corporate Relationship and Transactions Risk Monitoring, with a team of 15 people.
I have succeeded to automate the functions in my department by introducing and applying multiple professional systems.
I have also set work processes, policies and procedures in order to ensure better quality and control over the defined responsibilities.
From the other hand, I have a very solid experience in managing the operations of the Online Payments in the Financial Institutions.
Back Office functions are also within my core scope of experience, in addition to Customer Service/Support functions, which also lie under a grade A level of my skills and experience
he company was specialized in shipping and forwarding activities (Logistics Services).
I used to report to the operation manager.
I have only spent around 3 months in this position, and since i did not like the industry, I quit that job and returned back to Amman.
This is a commercial bank in Palestine.
I was reporting to the branch manager, and responsible of processing SWIFT Transfers and Currency Exchange.
