-Improving internal ordering processes and setting SOPs. Making sure no order delays cause shortage in the vehicle assembly lines.
-Meeting with production team, product development and other teams on a regular basis.
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that insures growth of company sales and profitability. Responsible for the performance of the Sales Executives. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding overall performance while maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales & activities submitted by Sales Executives.
Held this position to maintain customer requirements while developing the business and expanding the market share of CHEP in Saudi Arabia “western region”. Make sure customers enjoy high levels of service and the team delivers top performance. Manage and analyze the supply chain flows between manufacturers, vendors and retailers.
Responsible for maintaining customer requirements and orders placed. Identifying customer forecast and raw material availability for production propose while considering lead time. Managing end to end supply chain until product delivery is made to the customer. Design administration and modification.
Worked on SAP implementation project with global teams, insured transition of systems and delivered end user training to SCRs in Jeddah Factory.
Reporting to Area Sales Manager.
• Responsible for achieving sales goals by retaining, penetrating and converting existing and new accounts in the assigned area, also to increase profitability of accounts within the nominated portfolio.
• Identify target prospects and insuring a maximum penetration of UPS in the assigned area.
Manage and develop the assigned sales territory in order to maintain and grow the DHL market leadership position. Achieve individual sales targets while meeting customer needs.
• Manage and develop of prospects and generating new sales leads through building a strong customer relationship to ensure that customers’ needs are recognized and met.
• Exploit all new opportunities from existing and potential customers (prospects) ensuring a maximum penetration of DHL in assigned territory.
Reporting to the National Retail Sales Manager.
• Responsible for handling DHL retail sales agent’s in western province.
Monitor customer performance, loyalty and satisfaction to measure success, Business fluctuation and possible business at risk, Take appropriate corrective Action internally and/or with the customer.
Exploit all new opportunities from existing and potential customers (Prospects) ensuring a maximum penetration of DHL.
Reporting to Base Operation Supervisor.
• Responsible for distributing shipments from Jeddah operation to Key locations & remote locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & around the World.
• Delivering shipments and handling Courier Routes.
Responsible for booking rooms and suites for major companies such as Net Jet & Saudi Air liens staff
Also handling VIP personal and providing special booking and reservations.
