Lead network operation team and troubleshooting outages in networks: IP backbone, IPLC, IPT, PNI, Cache, etc.
•
Quality control of the transport capacity report, validating planning / operation issues, prioritizing high congested links and follow up pre/post upgrade

Create week to week historical trend report of latency, packet losses trends for the different traffic types (Voice, Data, signaling) analyze patterns to detect problematic hop

Initiate and implement OPEX saving of monthly international circuit leasing cost with the use of traffic optimization and prioritization of critical services and reducing the burstable circuit

Submit, verify and follow-up planned and emergency change request as per network requirements such as IP node version upgrade, Firewall, ring/link upgrade testing and emergency changes
•
Create report in Map format/Transmission topology the nodes impacted and analyze patterns and publish finalized dashboards in Power BI
•
Perform network historical outage analysis, alarm analysis, root cause analysis and performance analysis
•
Create before and after report for every link expanded to validate that utilization levels are below the planned threshold ( 70%) and that there is no performance degradation after upgrade.

Forecast capacity requirements in IP layers and create report based on traffic trends and business drive
•
Drive improvement and action plan from the network elements in Tx experiencing worst KQIs
•
Perform Monthly acceptance for all SOC/NPO SLA/KPIs related to Tx.
•
Lead improvement in 20% percentage points in reduction of sites facing high latency/packet loss/retransmission (each category) from SOC statistics YoY
•
Support IP Network's service resiliency, node uptime, node health, rectification of critical alarms and performing network operational improvements
•
Installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
•
Coordinate with vendors to gather project requirements and information
•
Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for network-related issues
•
Monitoring network performance and ensuring optimal operation, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and connectivity issues

• Monitor alarms and export report from U2000 OSS to provide feedback to customer
• Handle and resolve RFC & SR tickets as requested by customers and as per network requirements
• Support other domains activities (Radio/Core Network) and confirm critical alarms occurrence and clearance in transmission domain (Microwave & DWDM)
• Verify site outages on daily basis with proper root cause analysis (RCA)
• Perform network parameter testing on schedule or on demand basis
• Responsible for fetching required data in running projects and devices under maintenance
