Leading and Managing process Automation projects

1- Optimized plant variables to increase production rate
by four metric tons
2- Eliminated ten hours down time per incident of polymerization's unit due to instrument malfunction resulting in technology improvement.
3- Improve plant operability by creatively employing a new functionality to the Advance Control and Optimization system resulting in technology improvement.
4- Developed and published KPI and work process for process alarm management reducing alarms rate to the international standards.
Developed and managed process control procedures to commission and startup Sadara’s polyethylene plants.
Re-designing auxiliary power cabinet connection to resolve voltage drop in the IO cabinets.
Initiated a tracking sheet to manage process control commissioning and startup activities and resources.
Engaged with maintenance activities during loop checks and motor’s solo run.
