• Direct, plan, coordinate and control the Accounting, Audit, Payroll, Balance Sheet Reconciliations,
Budgets and Financial Reporting, Administration, Statutory Reporting, Cash Forecasting function,
Tax/VAT Compilation & Reporting, Corporate Compliance, Internal Controls, A/P and payroll
processing, Collection and reconciliation .
• Ensuring that business processes are appropriately standardized across all countries.
• Develop staff by coaching them or provide adequate training to improve process effectiveness.
• Reporting: Forecast, Variance Analysis, Balance sheets.
• Manage staff job functions, coaching and counseling and ensure all compliance.
• Directing internal controls to ensure they are designed and operating effectively as business
environment and processes are changing significantly due to new planned systems
implementations.
• Responsible for processing AP payments, VAT filing and reimbursement, and cash management
• Participates in implementation of financial and Operational Budgets & Strategic Plans for the
Company and each division separately.
• Establish key financial strategies to enhance business Growing & Increase profitability.
• Setup the Policies & Procedures for finance Department and ensure that finance team follows
those Policies and Procedures.
• Develop standard accounting procedures to improve financial operations efficiency.
Review annual budgets and recommend any changes if needed.
• Monitor competitor activity and stay updated about latest industry trends.
• Excellent knowledge of Enterprise-wide Resource Planning ERP.
