Job tasks:
Plant Management
Take responsibility for all activities taking place in the plant.
Strategy
Working with the Departments heads to define and
implement manufacturing strategy related to standards.
Safety
Ensuring that the safety system is defined, understood
and implemented in all areas of the facility
Quality
Developing and Maintaining (along with Quality
Manager an efficient quality program.
Making sure that all employees are trained and
understand all quality requirements
Leading quality meetings in order to make sure that
quality level is in line with customer expectation
Budget
Working with Finance
Manager to establish the yearly budget for the plant
Ensuring that the plant’s achievements are in line
with budget both monthly and yearly
KPIs
Setting and securing approvals for yearly KPIs for the
plant
contractors
Attending external meetings and representing the plant
Lean
Ensuring that lean manufacturing gets a high focus
non-value from the organization
Ensuring that the plant is permanently well organized
and clean (5S)
Cost
Focuses on cost in order to keep them in line with
budgets.
Suppliers
Drives development of new local suppliers in order to
support the business of the plants.
Profitability& Planning
Makes recommendation to improve profitability of the
organization
Assists in the 5-year planning process.
Job tasks:
1-Controlling and management all (engineering, production costing & installation) departments.
2- Solving their problems helping them to achieve their duties
3- Follow up to them provide them with the required information 4-Helping in preparing the production planning.
5-Review the production reports and evaluates it.
6- Follow up with the stores and the inventory data.
7- Checking of the integrity of the data by myself .

Manage and evaluate entire production process.
Contribute to production planning and budgeting.
Carry out all required daily / Weekly / Monthly orders.

Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction

Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders.
