ERG is a diversified natural resources producer, with more than 75, 000 people globally. ERG Africa mines cobalt and copper with its core assets on the African continent: Metalkol Roan Tailings Reclamation, Frontier Mine, Comide, Boss Mining and Chambishi Metals.

- Led the procurement for capital expenditure and infrastructure projects such as 3-Bay 220T Truck Workshop+Washbay, Comide Infrastructure Project, 3 Reagent Warehouses (20k m2), EPC Sulphuric Acid Plant (900 tpd), EPC Diesel Fuel Storage Facility (1.5 million litre), EPC SNEL OHLs Double circuit (48 km), Site Accommodation, etc. from initial needs assessment through to contract closure.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams (and managed Category Managers and Buyers, relating to their parts of the Project) and ensured alignment of procurement strategies with project goals and company objectives.
- Implemented performance management, conducted risk management and developed mitigation strategies, focused on reducing project delays.

Achievements:
- Recognized for outstanding performance in 2023 with the Recognition for supporting infrastructure projects in a challenging environment.

- Managed and maintained inventory for a portfolio valued at over $40 million.
- Contributed to $500 000 on hand inventory reduction.
- Led the monthly process for updating 5 Inventory Categories, highlighted discrepancies and maintained in Oracle database.
- Contributed in implementation of efficient picking system at Warehouse for 15 thousand SKUs.
- Contributed to the process of increasing stock records accuracy from 65% to 90% in the Master Item of Oracle Database in three months.
- Utilized Oracle Database to obtain actionable insights and led cross-functional communication to improve supply chain efficiency, including vendor managed inventory (VMI) initiatives, which enhanced supplier relationships and reduced lead times.

Achievements:
- Developed a comprehensive inventory reporting system that became a model, improving cross-departmental inventory visibility and collaboration.
- Successfully managed inventory through a transition to full capacity production with zero impact on order fulfillment.
