- Led the procurement for capital expenditure and infrastructure projects such as 3-Bay 220T Truck Workshop+Washbay, Comide Infrastructure Project, 3 Reagent Warehouses (20k m2), EPC Sulphuric Acid Plant (900 tpd), EPC Diesel Fuel Storage Facility (1.5 million litre), EPC SNEL OHLs Double circuit (48 km), Site Accommodation, etc. from initial needs assessment through to contract closure.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams (and managed Category Managers and Buyers, relating to their parts of the Project) and ensured alignment of procurement strategies with project goals and company objectives.
- Implemented performance management, conducted risk management and developed mitigation strategies, focused on reducing project delays.
Achievements:
- Recognized for outstanding performance in 2023 with the Recognition for supporting infrastructure projects in a challenging environment.
- Negotiated extended payment terms (8-11 months) after completion and handover for several small-medium construction projects.
KPMG is a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax, Advisory and Consulting services.
- Conducted functional analysis of Supply chain Management Process Performance indicators and management KPIs, provided recommendations, implemented 18 KPIs and developed BI visualization for the state owned Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company (KEGOC).
- Conducted diagnostic analysis and recommendations of enterprises overall organisational structure, strategic aims, directions, etc. (including Sourcing function) for the Republic State Enterprise Kazvodkhoz, which is responsible for the operation, maintenance and safety of water management facilities of republican significance, the supply of irrigation and drinking water.
- Facilitated workshops and training sessions for clients teams, enhancing their capabilities in supply chain management, procurement, and inventory control.
- Contributed to business development (incl. proposal writing and client presentations), resulting in a 14% growth in the SCM consultancy portfolio.
BI Group is a large innovative construction holding company, a leader in the real estate market of Kazakhstan, whose structure now consists of divisions and directorates in various fields of construction, development and engineering.
- Led the project procurement for Civil Construction Projects: Athletic Sport Complex (cap. 7000 spectators), 6 schools of BINOM (each 2000 students), Quantum Stem School in Astana and Double Tree by Hilton in Aqtau.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams (with Construction Team and buyers relating to their parts in the Project) to ensure alignment with the Project Schedule, adherence to quality and project goals.
Preparation of cost estimation for Schoolchildren's Palace in Shymkent, 18 schools of BINOM for 2022-2023.

- BINOM schools in Astana are recognized for its highest standards at State level, which have the amount of equipment for studying that is 5 times more than in a regular school.
- Achieved successful long-term partnerships with Contractors/Suppliers for solutions related to Equipping, Multimedia and Furniture equipping.
Talgo is a Spanish company known globally for its innovative technology and expertise in the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of lightweight, efficient, and sustainable train solutions.
- Managed end-to-end procurement process and inventory management for the category of metal-ware (4000 SKUs) and interior design part of cargo, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Established and maintained strong relationships with suppliers.
- Collaborated closely with engineering and operations teams to understand requirements and specifications especially for interior design category for selection of appropriate supplier.
- Led the following initiatives: 1) exchange of excess inventory to network of Patentes Talgo branches resulting on hand inventory reduction; 2) consolidation of the annual volume of consumption for metal-ware through analysis for purchasing, resulting in 24% cost reduction.
KAZ Minerals is a copper producer focused on large scale, low cost open pit mining with assets in the CIS region (16, 000 people), which has proven track record of the successful greenfield mining projects. KAZ Minerals Bozshakol is the largest single mine development in the CIS region by both scope and volume of production.
- Managed and maintained inventory for a portfolio valued at over $40 million.
- Contributed to $500 000 on hand inventory reduction.
- Led the monthly process for updating 5 Inventory Categories, highlighted discrepancies and maintained in Oracle database.
- Contributed in implementation of efficient picking system at Warehouse for 15 thousand SKUs.
- Contributed to the process of increasing stock records accuracy from 65% to 90% in the Master Item of Oracle Database in three months.
- Utilized Oracle Database to obtain actionable insights and led cross-functional communication to improve supply chain efficiency, including vendor managed inventory (VMI) initiatives, which enhanced supplier relationships and reduced lead times.
