• Verifying design Boq with site conditions.
• Preparing and sending Daily report.
• Preparing and sending weekly report.
• Conducting the material received inspection and installation inspection by raising RFI’s.
• Preparing the red mark-up drawing for if any changes in site condition
• Verifying the design as per NFPA fire standards and codes
• Checking drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
• Managing, Monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client.
• Co-operate with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
• Communicating with client and their representatives, including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
