As a pre-sales support I maintain and follow up the technical aspects of all Procurement and Presales activities. Starting from allocating the material from our vendors till it delivered to our clients.
• Coordinate with our vendors to allocate the materials.
• Prepare, issuing and follow up Purchase Requests, Sales Orders and Delivery Notes.
• Follow up the order process and delivery with the concern departments: Sales, Logistics, Invoice and Warehouse.
• Preparing and calculating Quotations with the customers and Sales.
• Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
Focusing on Day-to-Day shipping activities by enhancing the communication with all involved parties (Marketing, Sales, Plant and 3rd party carriers), in-charge of polymer export palletized shipment to the Middle East and part of local road-bulk team. . Acting Section Head by handling (decision making - planning - monitoring - team leading). . Certified Power User for SAP LE by SABIC. . Experience of Petrochemicals Industry in SAP environment . Experience in handling export and local palletized, road bulk, and RORO shipments. . Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Total Quality Management. . Knowledge of polymers grades (PP, PE, PVC, PET, PS, LLDPE and HDPE). . Handled Quality Notification and provide case justifications. . Handled and monitored MS- SharePoint intranet site for Land Transportation dept. . Enrolling with several projects over the system (Data Quality, Event Managements and Inventory Mirror Plants).
