Major duties and responsibilities

 Evaluate the performance of manpower, equipment and material utilization for each activity of projects and recommend corrective measures if there is any on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
 Closely follow-up on the status of assigned and/or required resources and status of key and critical activities performed and initiate budget.
 Facilitating seamless communication and workflow, I serve as a liaison between the project and the headquarters, as well as among various departments at the headquarters.
 Studying, understanding and interpretation of the Contract document for contract administration of the project in relation to the operation and execution of the works.
 Assist and direct all project activities on daily basis as per the action plans of the projects.
 Timely respond to project requests by comparing with the approved resource schedule direct all the necessary requests to the respective departments.
 Checking for excess or unused materials, equipment and manpower with no further use on the project and recommend transfer of the same to projects which they can be utilized effectively.
 Visit the project site to observe the actual workflow and quality of work for further discussion with the project manager and providing professional advice and assistance in specialized operations to the project and head office departments.
 Attend tripartite management meetings of projects.
 Coordinate and follow-up of Environmental, health and safety provisions as per the standards of the company and the required specifications of the projects in due consultation with the project’s safety officers.
 Identify activities that can be outsourced to a third party and fixing subcontract unit rates after thoroughly studying the project nature.
 Recommending employee promotion, title changes, salary adjustment and assure implementation performance appraisal and advise the Human resource department on modifying rank adjustment criteria and guidelines of the company.
 Follow-up on interim payment certificates; initiation, approval and payment.
