Key Responsibility:
Estimation/ Proposal Making:
➢ Preparation of Quotation as per client requirement on Security system, Building management Devices and Home Automation Projects.
➢ List down the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set.
➢ Monitor/Discuss project status; review during the course of periodic project review meetings
➢ Techno Commercial discussions with all the suppliers / vendors.
➢ Techno Commercial/ Technical Negotiations meeting with Clients/ Consultants.
➢ Vendor form registration
➢ Initiate procurement of materials to inventory management.
➢ Ensure supply of materials at the Site on time for the work to progress smoothly.
➢ Prepare contract budgets for project & ensure that the same is not exceeded.
➢ Review the proposal of contractor.
Design:
➢ Verifying the Building layout diagram as per the client requirement.
➢ Designing of the entire system as per the tender specifications and client requirements.
➢ Undertake site surveys or evaluations of systems and sites as required produce necessary reports
➢ Making I/O list as per client requirement, panel control wiring & termination.
➢ Maintaining the project management documents.
➢ Leading technical team for execution of project.
➢ Be a part of Engineers team, providing suitable solutions to Engineering & contract team.
Testing, Programming and Commissioning
➢ Maintaining time & quality of work
➢ Assigning works to site Engineer
➢ Assigning of sub-contractors.
➢ Monitoring the quality works done by the vendor
➢ Coordinating with client, consultant and project management team for smooth execution of project.
➢ Installation, Testing, Programming Commissioning and handing over of systems like BMS, Access Control, Timer and Attendance Biometric and Proximity card based system, CCTV, Door Interlock, Video Door Phone, Digital Door Lock, intrusion System, Lighting Sensor, Guard Tour management systems, Gate Automation and Home Automation.
➢ Provide after sales service & technical support to end-users.
➢ Training the operator for the installed system.
Sales / Marketing:
➢ Direct Sales
➢ Making Advisement in local Newspaper
➢ Participating Exhibition and Stall Design prepare for Exhibition
➢ Receiving Enquiry from Various source and Enquiry convert to order
