professional relationships with the corporate clients by demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the business and adopting a consultative approach to address both client & candidate requirements.
• P&L management: Worked on line with the projected annual targets and devised a target achievement
plan to be followed throughout the year. Extensively focussed on the business development front and acquired 4 corporate clients to aid in revenue generation and overall P&L management.
• Sector Expertise: As a consultant built in-depth knowledge and expertise of various sectors like Media,
Realty, Ecommerce and Telecom. Identified the key players in each sector, HR best practices, hiring
trends, structure and management to develop a good understanding of all.
• Knowledge Management: Kept abreast of market knowledge and industry trends (e.g., new technology,
recruitment metrics, hiring trends) . Actively worked on the corporate project which focussed on competitor mapping of the technology being implemented in their organisation with respect to the
Application tracking software. Analysed the findings and framed recommendation for the implementation of same in ABC consultants.
• Industry Project: Worked on Ecommerce Industry mapping to identify the key hiring trends and future
growth prospects. On the basis of findings charted out a 3-year plan determining the impact on ABC's
business strategy. Planned the team composition and their locations across the country for most efficient
execution of business. Analysed the key training needs and developing a knowledge sharing and efficient
data management model.
