Maintaining the SWAS (Steam and water analysis system) and analyser calibration.

Testing stability samples by following the testing protocols and specified methods to produce accurate results on time.
Water treatment of cooling towers (Internal & External) by adjusting chemical dosing for preventing corrosion and scaling in heat exchanger and in various metallic structures.

Complete physio-chemical testing of water including alkalinity, acidity, oxygen, chloride, hardness, pH, conductivity, turbidity, total dissolved solids, oil, phosphate, sulphate, nitrate, iron, silica, potassium, sodium, residual chlorine.
Calibration of lab equipment.
Coal & fly ash proximate analysis. (TM, IM, VM, ASH, FC, GCV)
Complete Gravimetric analysis of Bed material Coal and fly Ash
DM plant (3*30 m3/hr) operation and troubleshooting: - Open back-wash, Resin top up, Acid soaking and Brine treatment.

Process Shift in-charge in Utility (ETP 448m3/hr, WTP 3*85m3/hr DM Plant and RO 2*176m3/hr & SWRO 1*36m3/hr).
Planning and coordination for the operation, process and maintenance of Effluent treatment plant (ETP) of capacity 448 m3/hr.
Planning and coordination for the operation, process and maintenance of Sea water desalination plant and Mixed Bed. The capacity of the RO based desalination plant is to produce 2*85 m3/hr of DM water.
Planning and coordination for the operation, process and maintenance of Multi Effect Evaporator of capacity 24m3/hr.
Preparation of daily report, weekly report, and monthly MIS report about plant performance, plant operation, production and chemical consumption.
