•The Project Manager will work closely with the Customer Project Management, provisioning team, NOC, engineering and planning team.
•Take adequate logistics/commercials/technical inputs from the respective teams and plan the project.
•The project manager has to work towards the specific order delivery and take ownership on the backbone, access readiness and provisioning.
•Lead high-level sessions for program plan and schedule development.
•Periodic update to all the internal teams is key activity/responsibility.
•Build project plans for conformance to program strategy and program plan and schedule.
•Define project tasks and resource requirements
•Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
•Provide direction and support to team including quality assurance
•Constantly monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders
•Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
•Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
•Escalates decisions to top management if the project is not on track.
•Preferred experience of IP/MPLS operation and Internet and VPN customers.
•Estimate project timeline based on connected and non-connected buildings
•Co-ordinate to respective engineering and planning team for the Work orders in the pipeline.
•Ensure sequencing of activities completion and priorities activity
•Ensure end-to-end configuration of specific service and its parameters

Coordination with BT/MCI/REACH, AT&T/I2I Service delivery team for Telco requests and service requests.
•Coordination with Bharti Sister concerns in regional circles and the other operators such as TATA, VSNL, RELIANCE, ABTS, MTNL. Ensuring all end point requirements such as SDH mux, modems and converters.
•Guidance to traffic engineering department for modifications and provisioning the links as per work orders.
•Daily updates and reports to BT service delivery team through conference calls, emails and exchange of spread sheets.
•Establishing good relationship with last mile providers. Ensuring escalation charts of all local service providers that BT/MCI/REACH, AT&T/I2I deal with.

•Providing the MLLN(maintained lease line network) to corporate customer within Mumbai and outside Mumbai
•Providing the E1R2 connectivity for call centers and corporate customers.
•Providing Technical Support for Installation and Fault Repair of Lease Lines E1.
•;Providing the fractional band width for broad band and IPLC customers on Digital cross connect.
•Coordinating with SDH team for alarm status of lease circuit and loop testing.
•Ring test is done for new node inserted into network
•Testing, analyzing and troubleshooting of E1’s from remote end using Sunset Bert meter

Responsible for planning and supervising the work of co-engineers to install BTS and BSCs.
•Configuration and BTS and BSCs.
•Main duty is to troubleshoot the faults of high revenue customers.
•Studies communication traffic, types of services, locations, Installations and Media for Communication Systems.
•Works on wire line communication and analyses the data network architecture provided to customers and recommends improvement for optimum utilization of resources.
•Suggests measures to improve features so as to increase efficiency of customer businesses, thereby contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction.
•Imparts training to the customer on product and services.
•Responsible for modify and change requests made by customers and organizes the execution of the same with cross-functional coordination.
•Managing and coordinating the Planned Events respect to service assurance and creation
•Understand the Service Level Agreements with all the customers and maintain uptime for the same
•Service Evaluation, Maintenance, and enhancement by using tools like Clarity, Clarify, Ecom, Customer Activation & CRM Tools etc.
•Strong Liaison with the Field Operation & Maintenance, Service Activation staff. Payment & Commercial groups and Marketing team
