- To Prepare baseline for upcoming Projects
- To track and control the performance of all the Projects under Delhi Zone
- To compile and analyse the Monthly Work done sheets of all Projects to identify any risk, if there it is
- Preparing Monthly Projections of all the Projects in terms of work done and profit/Loss in coordination with Project Incharges
- Analyse Labour employed at every Project and to make use of resources in optimum way
As a planning Engineer, my KRA included the following:
(1) Preparation of Master Construction Schedule
(2) Preparation of Budget & Cash flow
(3) Review and update the construction schedule
(4) To coordinate with Purchase Department for timely delivery of material at site
(5) To coordinate with execution team for smooth progress of work
(6) To prepare the backup of indented materials & check the specifications
(7) To visit site on daily basis and discuss the targets
(8) To facilitate weekly site meetings to discuss all issues.
Key Responsible Areas included for this position are as follows:
(1) Technical Assistant to Director-Operations
(2) Planning, Monitoring, Scheduling, Costing and Budgeting of all projects under supervision of Planning Manager
(3) MIS preparation
(4) Assisting and Coordinating with Techno-Legal Team stationed at HQ
(5) Follow up with Accounts and Purchase department
Key Responsible Areas included for this position are as follows:
(1) Making weekly and monthly schedule of work
(2) Managing supplies of material
(3) Monitoring work done at site as per specifications
(4) Supervising junior engineers and quality control at site
I have participated in many quizes in school. I have completed 45 days training in Jaypee group in Noida during graduation.
