My present job responsibilities include: 1.Operation of VRM, Cement Mill, Crusher(Primary, Secondary and Tertiary), Operation of raw material handling equipments like Reclaimer and stacker, Raw material management, operation of Cement extraction section and Refractory work inside Kiln.
2.Day to day trouble shooting of the entire cement plant.
Working as Head Cement Grinding. Looking after operation and optimisation of Cement Mills, Ball mills equipped with Roller Press.
Operation of coal Mills/Lignite mills, Cement mill comprising with sepax separator.
Operation of Raw mill (VRM) supplied by Fuller/MPS verticalmills.
Operation of raw material handling equipments.
Refractory laying inside kiln during shut down.
