respond and attend to guest repair requests communicate with guests customers to resolve maintenance issues perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment including cleaning and lubrication visually inspect tools equipment or machines carry equipment e g tools radio identify locate and operate all shut off valves for equipment and all utility shut offs for buildings maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed communicate each day s activities and problems that occur to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories air conditioning and refrigeration electrical mechanical plumbing pneumatic electronic systems and controls carpentry and finish skills kitchen equipment vehicles energy conservation and or general building perform all surface preparation painting minor drywall and wood trim repair light bulb and a c filter replacement and the complete and thorough cleanup of the painting or repair area test troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment plumbing e g plunge toilets and unclog drains electrical components including lamps cosmetic items extension cords vacuum cleaners internet devices replace electrical switches and outlets and other guestroom items program tv s and perform general housekeeping and engineering related inventory duties use the lockout tagout system before performing any maintenance work perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers display basic computer skills including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes

• Installation, Maintenance, Replacement and Troubleshooting of Plant Building electrical equipment’s like Halogen lamps, Tube lights, Pedestal Fans, Wall Mounted Fans, Electrical Sockets, MCB, Water Dispensers, Window AC and Split AC.
• Installation, Maintenance, Replacement and Troubleshooting of Plant running high voltage electrical equipment’s like Field Water Pump Motors, Vacuum pumps, Heaters, Blowers electrical setup at customer site, VFD cable connections, MCCBs, ELCBs, Vacuum breaker testing, Pressure switch, Pressure Gauges, DOL Starters, Star Delta Starters, UPS.
• Electrical panel maintenance like dressing cables, tightening terminal blocks, dust cleaning, glands checking, replacing indicators, push buttons etc.
• Measuring equipment’s like Clamp meters & Millimeters.
• Shutdown work activities for Hydrogen and Oxygen Gas systems and equipment’s.
• Applying LOTO procedures on power source Isolators, MCBs, MCCBs.
• Wearing proper PPEs for Electrical works, Height at work, hot work (Drilling) activities.

Maintenance and troubleshooting, Maintain Electrical and Electronics wiring Equipments.
•Repairs and Replaces When required MCBs, Contactors, Relays, Transformers, Generators, AC and DC Motors.
•Testing Motor Control Circuits, Relays and Contactors.
•Maintenance Battery charging and discharging circuit.

Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the Maintenance and troubleshooting of wds6 locomotive engine electrical equipments like generators, battery banks, Fuel pump & Crankage motors.
•Implementing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to maximize operational Availability of machine and equipments.
•Perform coupling and brake tests.
•Having knowledge of Power circuit, Earth Fault protection, Notching and propulsion circuits etc...
•Cylinder head, Cylinder liner replacement and Battery bank maintenance.
•Engine cranking circuit, battery charging and discharging circuit.

Hardwiring & testing of DCS control & relay panels.
•Wiring terminations & Loop checking for the boiler & turbine field instruments like RTD, Thermocouple, Pressure, Flow & DP Transmitters, Pneumatic dampers & control valves, Hydra motor valves, Motorized valves, Solenoid valves etc.
•Calibration of all process field instruments like pressure, flow, DP, transmitters and switches etc.
•Testing relays, contactors, Motor control circuits for 6.6 KV electrical switch gear.
•Familiar with safety precautions while working at industrial platforms and electrical switch gears.
•Familiar with electrical equipments and tools for testing and measuring of electrical parameters in power plants.

•Detailed design documentation
•Designing the best solutions within the project constraints
•Designing new products using CAD design software applications
•Responsible for the designing of industrial steels, piping’s, buildings in 3D CAD by using “Cyclone 7.1" software.

Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the loop checking, cable glanding and terminations through electrical conduits for the electrical equipments in the industrial sectors.
•Testing of electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring by using multimeter.
•Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers and electrical motors.
•Maintain electrical and electronic wiring, equipment and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
•Repairs and replaces, when required, MCBs, Relays, Contactors, Transformers, Generators, AC & DC motors.
•Testing of the working condition of AC & DC Motors.
•Hands on experience of Maintenance, Repairing & Servicing of industrial HP Motors.

•Computer Knowledge:
•Application Software : MS Office 2007
•AutoCAD 3D Designing software : Cyclone 7.1.
•Basic knowledge on computer operation and software installations.
