: Working as Supervisor in DEWA ( Dubai Electricity and water Authority) Boiler & Desalination Annual maintenance since 17 April 2006.
Work Responsibility.
➢ Arranging Manpower for the maintenance activity.
➢ Presently responsible for leading maintenance of various stationary equipment as well rotating ( Forced draught fans, Lube Oil Pumps, HFO/LFO Transfer Pumps, Cooling air and Ceiling Air fans and Air- pre heaters) Machineries in Dubai Electricity and water Authority ( DEWA), Jebel Ali Power Station as a Supervisor.
➢ D-Station: 11 Nos. of High pressure Steam Boilers ( each Boiler i.e 370 ton/hr, 120 Bar, 513C, Fuel System (18 Nos. of oil Tanks and Tanker Breth #01, 02 and 5) & NG System ( 3 Nos. of Natural Gas Pressure Reducing Station and 8 Nos. of Desalination Plant.
➢ Planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance, Minor and Major inspecton of High Pressure Boilers and its Auxiliaries, Desalination.
➢ Receives incoming work requests, Planning and scheduling for work requests through DEWA engineer incharge. Job distribution to the technician and co-ordination. Follow up of pending jobs, Shutdown jobs and daily work requests as per request.
➢ Follow up daily on scheduled maintenance works to ensure that maintenance task is timely exeuted as per the specified schedules. Attending trouble shooting jobs, like Burners, Air PreHeaters, Shoot Blower, Forced Draught Fans, Cooling and sealing Air Fns, Heat Exchangers, Pipes repair work, All type of Valves ( Generic, Control valves, Motor Operated Valves and Safety Valves), Desalination jobs.
➢ Daily updates information about manpower utilization, spare parts ( Order and utilizations) Too box talks and risk assessments activities.
➢ Planning and scheduling of routine, preventive/predictive maintenance and condition monitoring programs.
➢ Preparing daily, weekly, overhaul reports, breakdown and forced maintenance reports. Reviews and maintain the record of personnel for availability, sickness, leave and overtime, Gate Passes etc.
➢ Followed safety and fire regulations include PPE, Tool Box talks and risk assessments. Inspecting safety precautions followed by the Technicians.
➢ I Joined this company as a Maintenance Fitter and reached the position of supervisor with in a period of 20 years due to my hard working. I have done 500 M.W Boiler eraction, Steam Drum erection, CHP System ( Crusher House, Feeder, Vibrator, Heavy Pulleys flap gate system, Heavey motor, Rollers, Fluid couples under L & T) all piping work in the BCPP Power Plant ( korba) NTPC ( korba), CSEB ( korba East) & Utility Power Plant ( Gujrat) Ankleshwar Serale India Limited, Talcher Thermal Power Plant ( Kaniha, Orrissa) and various sites in India.
➢ Breakdown maintenance of Boiler #01. This Boiler is 370 ton/hr, Forced Draught Fan (Capacity: 3000/3950 m3/min) Bearings replaced, motor bed plat elevation and fan casing alignment work carried. This job has been a major achievement for the company terms for high standard of team work involved in completing the task in record time of one day (peak summer period) duration.
OCT -2011 onwards working with ( Belleli Energy SRL) Ruwais Refinary epc4 105 dia, 120 dia, ( DDFR) Tank eraction as SITE SUPERVISOR
