Spa Receptionist
• Perform different kinds of facial (anti-aging, whitening, anti-acne, and collagen).
• Check the skin type of the guest and perform what kind of facial does her skin needs
• Perform LPG treatment for the guest for slimming, glowing and firming.
• Informing the client/guest of how many times she can do facial and offering her products that best suit her skin type.
• Perform Turkish bath and Swedish massage
• Open and close the spa at the appropriate time
• Greet clients, visitors and guests as they enter into the reception.
• Provide information regarding products or services of the company
• Introduce new beauty products to clients and educate them on their uses and benefits.
• Keep clients updated on currently available promotions and discounts in services offered in the spa.
• Process payments from clients for services ordered from the spa
• Inform staff members of appointments that have been canceled by clients, and also alert staff members of the arrival of clients who come without prior appointments.
• Answer inquiries regarding services and availability of the personnel
• Keeping the reception area tidy.
• Assist guests in filling out forms
• Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments
• Assist in resolving clients’ issues and complaints
• Perform hand and foot spa.
• Order and receive products use for retail, cleaning and other materials needed in the spa.

• Do selling of company’s retail products such as creams, lotion, toner, astringent, lip balm, face powder, soap and others base on the guest or client skin type.
• Greet clients, visitors and guests as they enter into the reception.

• Perform product inventory for clinic use and retail use.
• Assisting the Dermatologist when she/he has client.
• Assist the guest/client carefully to make them comfortable and give them drinks before and after the treatment.
